Why is stuff like this even allowed in our Court Systems?

Court Debates "God" On Money And In Pledge

If the man doesn't like God on his money, then don't have any money, use plastic.

If he doesn't want to stand up to say the Pledge of Allegiance, then he can stay in his seat and do nothing.

But this is the United States of America and if he doesn't like it, there are plenty of other places he can go live or just keep his month shut!
